A very sad and difficult day for friends and family of Amy Ahonen, missing since 2011. However, the family is.."relieved to finally have some closure regarding Amy..." Unless you have had a loved one go missing, it is impossible to really understand this. The relentless anguish, suffered each second of every day, not knowing what happened to your child (loved one), and not knowing whether you will ever have answers - is indescribable...

15 minutes ago, someone walking on Ocean Beach near the Cliff House spotted a young man meeting Sean's general desription, walking on the beach ...towards the grotto under the Cliff house, completely naked. "Sean" was disoriented, skinny, with teeth chattering, trying to get on WET clothes. The person did not notice whether "Sean" had braces. The person calling in the tip is going back to the cliff house, NOW to see whether she can get a picture to me. She and another woman called 911.
If you are in the area, can you please try and locate a young, disoriented and FREEZING person meeting Sean's general description. If the police responds, I am not sure they would be of general assistance (such getting this person WARM & DRY clothes), regardless of whether this is Sean or not....
Sean is 19 years old, Asian/white, 5'5", 120 lbs. wears silver DENTAL BRACES, has scar/bump on right forehead. Sean has a critical brain injury and is in URGENT NEED OF MEDICAL CARE!!!
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.

We somehow make it through the day, keeping ourselves busy at work or school, and maintaining a semblance of normalcy while awake. However, at about 3 am - EVERY morning, EACH OF US in Sean's family - including Sean's grandfather in Hawaii, is jolted out of sleep ---- worrying about Sean. We are tormented by thoughts as to whether SEAN is warm and safe, whether he is fed...AND whether he is suffering... The trauma of NOT KNOWING whether we will EVER find Sean, or answers to what happened to Sean, lends itself to RELENTLESS DESPAIR & GRIEF, SO EXHAUSTING AND SO ALL-CONSUMING, THAT WE WONDER WHETHER SURVIVAL AND SANITY IS POSSIBLE. WE struggle and pray for coping skills so that we may prevail against these forces....that threaten us at every turn, EACH AND EVERY DAY.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR SEAN!!
Someone called in a sighting of "Sean" in San Francisco, near the intersection of Cesar Chavez and Kansas Street, a location with a lot of homeless people. "Sean" was spotted at this location at 4 pm today. This location is relatively close to San Francisco General Hospital.
The person calling in the tip said that "Sean" looked like the picture on the FAR RIGHT of Sean's missing person flier. "Sean's" hair was short as in the far right photo. "Sean" was driving a red 1990's red Honda Accord with back tinted windows (Sean does not own a car, but does know how to drive). A partial license plate number was provided to us.
The person who called in the tip saw one of SEAN's MISSING PERSON fliers (which one of YOU had posted) - at the corner of Duboce and Guerrero Street in San Francisco. THANK YOU to ALL WHO CONTINUE TO POST SEAN'S FLIERS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA AND THE UNITED STATES.
PLEASE HELP US TO POST SEAN'S FLIERS ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES. We are 100% sure that Sean is NOT cognizant of us or his former life prior to going missing. To find Sean, we need to cast the search FAR & WIDE. 99% of the 100 plus "Sean" sightings (from all parts of California) have come from the FLIERS YOU have posted.
WE WILL MAIL A PACKET OF (SEAN'S) COLORED MISSING PERSON FLIERS to YOU anywhere in the United States. Please email lynnkching@yahoo.com with your mailing address, if you would like to help us post Sean's fliers near your location.
